Videos don't play.
I cancelled my subscription in July, received a confirmation of said cancellation and was STILL charged for August and September. Notified them in August, no reply. Notified them in September and received confirmation with access to the program thru the end of the month. I don't want access. I want my money back but so far, nothing.
Crashes a lot
Free trial is a scam, horrible experience. Subscribed for the free 90 day subscription and was charged right away. Customer care said I would get a refund but after 30 days passed I did not get the refund so I cancelled. Since cancelling the subscription I have been charged two more times and worse no response to my inquiries. Summary: FREE Subscription = 3 charges, and 0 customer service.
I have been battling with my account for 2 weeks now. I keep sending emails but now reply and still I am locked out. Reason being that I am overdue on payments, but my payments has gone through each time. Please resolve my problem, I love love love my body rock exercise plans and have been a member since 2017. Now I am stuck on my 5 days that I have downloaded feom 3 weeks back, repeating the 5 days for the 3rd week now. Please please please...
So many issues with the application. I can't get a video to play without stopping after 2 seconds, it plays for 2 seconds and pauses for 10 seconds. I also have never been able to successfully download anything. I can't get through a workout properly. Would not recommend. They also changed the name and removed half the videos without notice which was extremely disappointing because the ones I used most were removed. Overall a bad experience and I am unsubscribing.
WATCH OUT! I cancelled my 90 day subscription on Sept 4 and they still charged me $19.99.
Worst organised app ever. They don't tell you of your current subscription (perhaps this was just because it was a trial - cheeky) and you have to go to FAQ to figure out how to cancel. How about just make a cancel option? Kristen, possibly not really one person, refused to acknowledge the mess, blamed me, and stopped responding mid dialogue.
I've used bodyrock for years, but the last 6 months have been a mess. First they switched the app over and I could no longer access videos because it didn't recognize me as a subscriber. It took a week to get it resolved, meanwhile that was a week of paying for something I wasn't getting. Now this week it's telling me I haven't paid and won't let me access my videos, even though I'm auto subscribed. I contacted the help desk 3 days ago and still no response. Just very frustrating.
Cancled my subscription in March. Then got notified that they were trying to collect subscription payment from me in August. Tried to contact the company to prove that my subscription was cancled in march (even says so on ther website) and no one got back to me.
